Orthodox women - Muslim, Jewish and Christian sometimes cover themselves from head to toe.
What is the attitude of women who hide themselves and their bodies? What does it have to do with the world around them? How do they experience the world under the veil?
We were privileged to receive interviews from women wearing a veil and to gain a new perspective on the world from their point of view. Based on their sense and understanding we developed different garments and concepts for photographs as metaphors for their experiences.
